Course Description

Microsoft Lync Server 2010 Administration training represents the Deploying, Configuring and Administering the Lync Server Environment.  During this training you will also learn managing and maintaining the Lync server.

Our goal from this training emphasizing Lync Server 2010 Enterprise voice features. You will learn how to deploy, configure, manage, monitor and administrate the Lync server environment. This training can also assist you in preparation of certification exam.


  • Experience of Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 R2
  • Understanding of the telecommunications concepts: TDM, VoIP, Gateway, PBX, SIP, Codecs and Dialing Plans
